The challenge

Strong clinical reputation but invisible online. The practice had been open for 12 years and relied entirely on referrals. When referral volume started declining, they realized they had almost no organic search presence. Their website was 6 pages built in 2018, no blog, no schema markup, and a Google Business Profile that hadn't been updated since it was created.

What we did

We ran the full 21-phase audit across all 3 locations, identified 34 critical issues and 67 high-priority items. The biggest gaps were GBP completeness (scoring 31/100 vs. competitor average of 72/100), zero AI visibility across all 5 platforms, and thin content — their entire site had less text than a single well-written service page should have. We then ran the full research-to-website pipeline: keywords clustered by service and location, 52 entities mapped, and a new 28-page website built with Koray methodology content.

The challenge

Ranking on page 2 for their most important keywords. The owner knew SEO mattered but had been burned by two previous agencies that delivered generic reports and no results. Their site had 12 pages, mostly thin service area pages that swapped the city name and nothing else. Google had essentially consolidated them into one ranking. They were overspending on Google Ads for keywords they should have been ranking for organically.

What we did

Started with a full audit to show them exactly where things stood — no commitments beyond that. The audit found 19 critical issues including duplicate content across service area pages, missing schema markup, a GBP with incorrect business hours and no photos, and blocked AI crawlers.
